Global inquiries. Focused regional outreach.

TruNexo is an independent China sourcing partner—not a regional reseller. We accept international inquiries while building dedicated language and market support for the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) and Spanish-speaking Latin America.

WHY THE DISTINCTION MATTERS

The China-side process can be consistent. The buyer-side context cannot.

Saudi Arabia, Mexico and every other destination have different business norms, logistics, documentation and import requirements. TruNexo does not treat distant markets as interchangeable.

CONSISTENT

China-side operating model

Defined scope, the original supplier or disclosed export entity quotation, payment to its verified official account and a separate TruNexo service fee.

ADAPTED

Destination-side requirements

Language, certification, documentation, shipping and commercial expectations must be identified for the specific market and confirmed through official or qualified professional sources where required.

01

INITIAL OUTREACH FOCUS

Middle East & North Africa (MENA)

TruNexo's initial MENA focus includes Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt, while other regional inquiries can be reviewed individually.

What remains buyer-specific

  • Destination-country certification and labelling requirements
  • Importer, customs and product-registration responsibilities
  • Arabic or English documentation needs
  • Shipping route, delivery terms and destination costs
  • Communication rhythm and commercial approval process

The supplier or disclosed export entity handles China export declaration directly if qualified, or through an appropriately registered customs broker; a freight forwarder may coordinate that process. The buyer or importer normally handles destination clearance, permits, duties and taxes unless the goods contract expressly assigns them differently under an agreed Incoterms® rule. TruNexo coordinates agreed documents but does not act as exporter, importer or customs broker.

02

INITIAL OUTREACH FOCUS

Spanish-speaking Latin America

The initial Spanish-language focus begins with Mexico and extends to business buyers across Spanish-speaking Latin America. Each country and project is assessed on its own requirements.

What remains buyer-specific

  • Spanish-language specifications and supplier communication
  • Local standards, labelling and product-registration needs
  • Port, inland delivery and landed-cost assumptions
  • Order size, supplier MOQ and consolidation requirements
  • Payment documentation and importer responsibilities

Spanish-language pages and content support market access; they do not replace country-specific import, tax or legal verification.

OUTSIDE THE INITIAL FOCUS

Other markets are welcome to inquire.

TruNexo's English website remains global. A buyer is not rejected simply because the destination sits outside the initial outreach regions. Fit depends on the product, scope, destination requirements and whether the right support can be provided responsibly.

THE SAME TRANSPARENCY STANDARD

Wherever the buyer is, the commercial model stays clear.

Regional language and execution may change. The buyer-side principles do not.

01

Visible goods quotation

The original supplier or disclosed export entity quotation remains available for review.

02

Direct goods payment

The buyer pays the disclosed goods seller's verified official business account.

03

Separate service fee

TruNexo's fee is tied to an agreed service scope, then documented and charged separately.

04

Country-specific checks

Destination requirements must be identified for the actual market and confirmed through official or qualified professional sources where required.
