CLEAR SCOPE, CLEAR FEE
Each engagement has a written deliverable and boundary before paid work begins. That protects your budget and keeps small projects commercially workable.
A practical first review to decide whether TruNexo is the right partner for your product, budget, timeline and destination market.
Supplier names, supplier or export entity quotations, negotiation and a written sourcing report are not included at this stage.
A defined research project for one SKU or one closely related product family—not an open-ended promise to keep searching indefinitely.
Basic business checks cover available registration details, entity and address consistency, stated business scope and obvious commercial red flags. They are desk research—not legal, financial, tax or technical due diligence. Samples, onsite audits, inspection, freight and a new search after material changes are separate.
Buyer-side coordination from supplier selection through production, with the commercial trail kept visible to you.
Orders below US$1,000 are reviewed case by case. The percentage base excludes tooling, samples, freight, duty, tax, testing, certification, travel and other third-party charges.
Choose a focused onsite visit or a fuller supplier audit, depending on the decision you need to make.
The public starting price covers one supplier, one agreed site and the written checklist. Location, travel, time onsite, additional sites, specialist engineering review and laboratory certification are confirmed in the paid scope. A visit is not a guarantee of future supplier performance.
A checkpoint for one agreed shipment at one supplier location before release, based on the written specifications and sampling scope.
Additional locations, expanded SKU or sampling scope, destructive testing, laboratory analysis, engineering certification and 100% unit inspection are not included unless written into the scope.
Bring samples from several candidate suppliers into one review and dispatch workflow before committing to a production order.
Each batch is accepted only after the supplier count, expected packages, approximate dimensions and weight, holding period and dispatch method are agreed in writing. Sample charges, delivery, courier, duties, special handling and technical evaluation remain buyer or third-party costs. Unapproved, restricted, hazardous or temperature-controlled items may be refused.
CUSTOMS RESPONSIBILITY
The supplier or disclosed export entity acts as the declared exporter and handles the China export declaration directly if qualified, or through an appropriately registered customs broker; a freight forwarder may coordinate that process. The buyer or importer normally handles destination clearance, permits, duties and taxes through its local broker unless the goods contract expressly assigns them differently under an agreed Incoterms® rule. TruNexo can collect and cross-check agreed documents and follow the handoff, but is not the exporter, importer or customs broker and does not provide a final HS classification or legal guarantee of clearance.
PAYMENT PRINCIPLE
You pay the original supplier's or disclosed export entity's verified official business account directly for the goods. The agreed TruNexo service fee is documented and charged separately under the accepted scope.
BUYER-SIDE FROM DAY ONE
Send one clear product brief. We will confirm whether the project is suitable, what the first paid deliverable would be and what it would not include.
