Unapproved, restricted, hazardous or temperature-controlled items may be refused.

CUSTOMS RESPONSIBILITY

Coordination is not customs representation

The supplier or disclosed export entity acts as the declared exporter and handles the China export declaration directly if qualified, or through an appropriately registered customs broker; a freight forwarder may coordinate that process. The buyer or importer normally handles destination clearance, permits, duties and taxes through its local broker unless the goods contract expressly assigns them differently under an agreed Incoterms® rule. TruNexo can collect and cross-check agreed documents and follow the handoff, but is not the exporter, importer or customs broker and does not provide a final HS classification or legal guarantee of clearance.

PAYMENT PRINCIPLE

Goods payment and service fees stay separate.

You pay the original supplier's or disclosed export entity's verified official business account directly for the goods. The agreed TruNexo service fee is documented and charged separately under the accepted scope.

Every quotation should show three lines

  • Goods seller: goods, tooling and sample charges
  • Third parties: inspection, testing, freight and duties
  • TruNexo: the disclosed service fee or commission
