This website does not use a submission form, inquiry database or CRM to collect project details. If you email TruNexo, your message and attachments will be processed by iCloud Mail and related email-delivery, spam-filtering and security infrastructure.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the public TruNexo website and business correspondence sent to or from edison@trunexo.com. The website hosting provider may process routine connection, security and diagnostic logs as needed to deliver and protect the site. Project inquiries themselves are received by email.
2. Information received by email
Depending on what you choose to send, an inquiry may include:
- identity, company, country and business contact details;
- product, quantity, budget, destination and sourcing requirements;
- specifications, certifications, timelines and files the user chooses to provide;
- correspondence, accepted scopes, invoices and service records; and
- email delivery and security information associated with the message.
3. How information is used
Information is used to assess project fit, communicate with the buyer, clarify requirements, prepare a scope and quotation, perform accepted services, maintain necessary commercial records, prevent abuse and comply with legal duties. It is not sold as a contact list.
4. Email providers and project recipients
Messages and attachments are processed through iCloud Mail and related infrastructure used to transmit, filter, secure and store email. When necessary to evaluate an inquiry or perform an accepted project, relevant information may also be shared with selected suppliers, inspectors, laboratories, brokers, forwarders or professional advisers. Information is limited to what each recipient reasonably needs, and may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect legal rights.
5. Cross-border processing
Sourcing work connects buyers outside China with suppliers and service providers in China and sometimes other jurisdictions. Email and accepted project information may therefore be accessed or processed across borders, subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
6. Retention
Email inquiries and attachments are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate the inquiry, communicate with the sender, perform an accepted project, maintain required business or accounting records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Unsuccessful inquiries are deleted or anonymized when they are no longer reasonably needed, subject to routine backup and legally required retention.
7. Security
Reasonable access controls and the security features provided by the email infrastructure are used, but no email system can promise absolute security. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or unrelated sensitive personal data. Send only the information and attachments needed to assess your sourcing inquiry.
8. Individual rights
Depending on applicable law, an individual may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent, and may complain to a regulator. Privacy requests may be sent to edison@trunexo.com. Requests may be subject to reasonable identity verification and applicable legal limits.
9. Children
The planned services are business-to-business and are not directed to children. TruNexo does not knowingly seek information from minors.
10. Updates and contact
This policy may be updated when the website, email infrastructure, service model or legal requirements change. Questions about this policy may be sent to edison@trunexo.com. Also review the Service Terms.
